Radiant Road & Rail offers an independent agency program that allows you the opportunity to part of our nationwide network of regional offices.

As commissioned agent, you will enjoy:

  • Weekly commission settlements based on a 60/40 split of gross profits.
  • Carrier quick pay settlements to meet the needs of your vendors.
  • Access to our Transportation Management System (TMS) for effective carrier and load management.
  • Load availability nationwide through our database of thousands of daily truck postings.
  • Ability to market OTR, intermodal and temperature controlled services.
