Radiant Clipper, a subsidiary of third-party logistics and multimodal transportation services company Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT), has been recognized for superior performance by DHL Supply Chain at their annual Carrier Summit in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for the second consecutive year.
“Our Carrier Performance Award winners represent the best of the best in the supply chain,” said Jim Monkmeyer, President, Transportation, DHL Supply Chain, North America. “Their partnership to deliver, even under the most challenging conditions, continues to support our ability to consistently exceed customer expectations. We appreciate their shared commitment to operational excellence and are honored to recognize them at this year’s Summit.”
Radiant Clipper is delighted to be counted among the elite once again. “Being honored as Intermodal Carrier of the Year for the second year in a row speaks volumes to our commitment to both service and exceeding expectations. At a time when competition in the marketplace and metrics to measure success are extremely high, it’s deeply gratifying to be singled out as a company that rises to the challenge. We have a lot of people on the Radiant Clipper team that take great pride in what we do every day, so this distinction means the world to all of us,” said Jim Boyer, VP of Sales for Radiant Clipper.
Christopher Brach, Radiant Clipper VP of Operations is quick to point out that this sort of achievement is born from the efforts of a unique team structure that allows Radiant Clipper to be agile in providing customer centered solutions. “At Radiant Clipper, the focus for all of our business centers around providing a high performance and responsive team to meet our customer’s needs at every level. Given the business we were entrusted with by DHL, our longstanding partnership depends on delivering exactly that caliber of service. I’m very proud that our Customer Service and Operations Teams have been recognized with this accolade for the second straight year during some of the most historically challenging market conditions the industry has ever seen. I think it speaks volumes about the level of ownership that our teams invest in the freight we are managing on a daily basis for DHL and for all of our valued customers.”
It’s an approach that is clearly working. Bohn Crain, Radiant Founder and CEO, concurs: “As a Company and a carrier, we are keenly focused on service for our customers. The relationships we drive, from sales and operations through to the executive level, help us continue to lead the field as a true network that delivers. The success of Radiant Clipper for a second year running exemplifies that focus—and I both congratulate and celebrate the Clipper team for their accomplishments!”
